Morning Power Shake with protein, fiber, and flax

Decided to start documenting the stuff I make at home in an effort to document my adventures in cooking. Good stuff for programmers. All the recipes will be pretty easy to make. This recipe is packed with protein and really jump starts your immune system. Its hard to screw up and you can switch out some of the fruits with things like blueberries, pineapple, coconut, etc. Steer clear of 'seedy' fruits like pomegranate, blackberries, and raspberries. Those make it a weird crunchy consistency I don't like and makes it hard to pound it back. It tastes a lot like Naked's Green Machine smoothie but not as sweet. And much easier to make. Also, make sure to not put seeds of things like Cherries in there as they can contain things like cyanide. No joke. Look it up.
